Sr Continuous Improvement Engineer

Descripción del puestoResponsible for implementing and ensuring the deployment of the TEOA (Tyco Electronics Operating Advantage) business system within the assigned business unit.
This role promotes a Lean culture and continuous improvement to achieve Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Cost objectives through waste elimination.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and sustain the TEOA system through the annual deployment plan.Facilitate and lead Kaizen events and Lean transformation projects.Develop Value Stream Mapping to identify improvement opportunities.Drive efficiency and productivity projects impacting cost (TEBIT).
Establish continuous flow processes and reduce waste.Manage Lean programs such as 5S, LPA, Kaizen Idea Program, and recognition initiatives.Ensure the effective use of visual management tools (Andon, Kanban, Tier boards, Kamishibai, Kaizen wall).
Train and coach employees on Lean methodologies (Standard Work, SMED, TPM, 5S, Kanban).
