Role Overview
As a Senior AWS Consultant you will support customers in adopting Amazon Connect solutions, conduct technology assessments and audits, provide deep architectural guidance, facilitate business process reviews, translate business goals into clear user stories, and act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Your role includes working closely with Solution Architects, generating estimates, and delivering end‑user training and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support customers in the adoption of Amazon Connect solutions, ensuring successful implementation and helping achieve positive outcomes for clients.
- Conduct technology assessment and audits to identify the need to move to the CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, improving agent experience and productivity.
