About the Role

The Sr. Analyst is responsible for supporting the financial, economic and risk analysis evaluation of organic growth projects, acquisitions, divestitures and mergers and other business initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Support economic modeling, deal structuring, PPA and renewable energy credit (REC) modelling, valuation and structuring, and PTC and/or ITC structuring and valuation for all greenfield and all M&A projects in U.S. and Canada.
• Support offtake/revenue modeling and structuring in partnership with Origination team to optimize the best offtake pricing and structuring with customers for all greenfield and all M&A projects in U.S. and Canada, including assessment of basis risk, curtailment and negative prices.
