- Evaluate team performance and support strategic planning with the Associate Manager.
- Scope and develop proof of concepts for automation and data‐driven solutions.
- Lead project planning including scope, budget, timeline, risk assessment, and change management.
- Develop technical solutions for functional business process leads.
- Escalate risks and issues to ensure timely resolution and contingency planning.
- Present project updates to IGS leadership and contribute to monthly status reviews.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance processes.
