Fixed Income Business Analyst
We are seeking a Fixed Income Business Analyst to work in a customer‐facing role supporting clients on the Capital Market Solutions Application (Calypso). Your daily tasks include addressing and resolving product issues related to use, maintenance, and upgrade of the Calypso application, providing configuration advice, and participating in the product enhancement request process.
What You'll Do
Support clients by resolving product issues and ensuring smooth use, maintenance, and upgrades of the Calypso platform.
Analyze and replicate issues, working closely with engineering and product teams to deliver effective solutions.
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to track, communicate, and resolve escalations.
Engage regularly with clients to understand needs, provide guidance, and improve their overall experience.
Contribute to process improvements, tools, and knowledge sharing while mentoring junior team members.
