Sr. Agile Coach

The Agile Enablement team is looking for a **Sr. Agile Coach** to help drive Agile delivery excellence across the enterprise. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, programs, and teams while providing hands-on coaching to strengthen Agile practices, improve delivery outcomes, and advance organizational maturity. You’ll evangelize Agile values and frameworks, help teams understand the “why” behind Agile ways of working, and support consistent adoption of tools and practices such as Azure DevOps and Program/Planning Interval Planning. Working across cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in enabling scalable, standardized Agile execution that improves alignment, mitigates risk, and increases business value delivery.
