Position Description

Spruceland Community School of the Arts requires a 1.0 FTE – Grade 6/7 – Limited Duration Contract Teacher. Applicants with assessment and trauma‑informed practice experience are preferred. Qualifications and Experience

• Valid BC Ministry of Education Teaching Certificate (or proof of application).


• Copy of letter from the TRB stating requirements to attain permanent certification status if certificate is conditional.


• Knowledge of Ministry of Education’s redesigned curriculum and core competencies.


• Evidence of appropriate qualifications and experience in teaching.
