Who we need

Education

• University degree in a field related to policy, health, education, or business.

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (e.g., in a health policy / systems related field or health care context).
• Experience working with people with lived experience / volunteers.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with developing policy briefs or position statements.
• Experience with public speaking.
• Knowledge or experience working with volunteers.
• Experience with program planning and evaluation is considered an asset.

Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French.
