Specialist, Regulatory Reporting

Job Overview

Reports to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Reporting. The role is responsible for the production, delivery, and oversight of regulatory documents related to mutual funds and exchange traded funds.

Responsibilities

• Produce regulatory deliverables such as prospectuses, fund facts, ETF facts, financial statements, management reports of fund performance, quarterly portfolio disclosures, and annual reminders.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams – Fund Valuations, Product Development, Total Investment Solutions, Business Management, Legal, Compliance, Taxation, and Client Services – and external vendors to ensure that deliverables meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate translation resources to provide documents in both official languages, ensuring consistency with CIBC standards.
• Oversee project cost, timeline, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
