Main responsibilities

• Implements procedures to better manage orphan, unassigned or unrepresented clients as well as the identification of inactive or unlicensed advisors
• Lists, understands and acts according to the rules of each provider regarding the management of orphan policies and unlicensed representatives
• Searches for information on policies on company websites or requests it and prepares lists of policies to be assigned
• Enters data into the internal management system
• Assigns identified advisors to orphan clients and follows up with advisors on the results of the assignments
• Carries out an inventory of advisors whose license has expired or with a license whose contract has been cancelled or is inactive with one or more insurers and asks the companies for the list of policies in force for these advisors
