JOB SUMMARY:

The Specialist is responsible for providing subject matter expertise and administering a specialized function, including developing and continuously improving Application Management team processes, standards, templates, and technical documentation. As part of SaskPower’s management team, this role serves as a central point of contact for managing strategic and operational functions, offering expert advice and guidance aligned with departmental and corporate objectives.

This position provides technical team leadership for an application support team. The role provides day-to-day coordination of support activities, leads technical decision-making for incidents, problems, and changes, and oversees solution design for system enhancements to ensure stability, reliability, and alignment with architectural and security standards.
