Spare Parts Warehouse Operator

Location: Uruapan, Michoacán, México

Responsible for ensuring the correct administration, control, and availability of spare parts, tools, and materials used by maintenance.

• Generate and follow up requisitions for spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Administer new material entries and maintain the SAP catalog.
• Monitor inventory levels (maximum and minimum).
• Track pending purchase orders.
• Record and validate inventory movements (entries, exits, adjustments).
• Generate consumption, inventory, and monthly closure reports.
• Support invoice review and maintenance cost control.
• Manage consignment materials.
• Receive, code, and store materials following FIFO methodology.
• Conduct physical inventory checks (cyclic, internal, external).
