Spare Parts Coordinator
Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for rental customers regarding spare parts under warranty (three guarantees), procurement, and emergency requests, ensuring timely processing and coordination.
- Utilize XCMG systems to process spare parts purchase orders and submit warranty claims.
- Communicate and coordinate internally with the Chinese spare parts team at the main machinery manufacturing plant to relay information and provide feedback.
