We are seeking an Assistant Spa Manager with less than a year of experience to drive daily operations effectively. In this role, you will handle customer complaints, provide staff training, and perform services such as manicures, pedicures, and gel or acrylic nail extensions. Your leadership will enhance the overall customer experience and staff performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize daily operations of the spa
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly
• Deliver training and support for spa staff
• Perform pedicures, manicures, and nail extensions
• Ensure outstanding customer service for each client
Requirements:
• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate
• 7 months to less than 1 year experience
• Availability for morning, day, and weekend shifts
