Aux Crochets is opening soon in Grand Bend with a French-inspired fine dining experience—classic technique, premium ingredients, and a service standard that feels polished and intentional.
We're hiring a Sous Chef to be the Executive Chef's right hand and a key leader on the line. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in service, supports the team, and holds the standard every day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead from the line: execution, pace, communication, and station support during service
- Train and coach cooks: prep technique, consistency, plating, station readiness
- Support prep planning: work with Executive Chef on daily/weekly prep, ordering, and inventory
- Manage stations: ensure all stations are ready, stocked, organized, and running smoothly
