Sourcing & Product DeveloperEmployment Type: Full-time | Location: León, Guanajuato (Onsite, M‐F)OverviewGymreapers is building a world‐class product engine—and we're hiring a Sourcing & Product Developer with deep sourcing expertise to help us scale.This role sits at the intersection of product creation, materials innovation, and vendor development, with a strong emphasis on domestic Mexico sourcing and international manufacturing partnerships.You will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and managing factories, mills, and material suppliers while ensuring our products meet performance, cost, and quality standards.This is not just a design role—this is a build‐the‐supply‐chain + build‐the‐product role.What You'll DoSourcing & Vendor DevelopmentIdentify, onboard, and develop domestic (Mexico) and international suppliers across:Textiles (performance fabrics, knits, woven)Synthetics (nylon, polyester, TPU, rubber, plastics)Hardware (buckles, velcro, trims, metal components...
