Resumen

Is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing suppliers to support the organization’s procurement strategy. This role ensures cost-effective sourcing, supplier performance, and compliance with company standards, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Mains Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new suppliers aligned with business needs and cost objectives.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
• Lead RFQs/RFPs processes and conduct cost analysis to support sourcing decisions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Operations) to ensure alignment on sourcing strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
