General Job Description:Experience and Skills:- Mastery of Salesforce platform architecture, capabilities, and development standards- Flow, Apex, Visualforce, & Lightning Web Components- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)- Experience with medium-to-high complexity data migrations- Extensive customer-facing experience- Extensive experience with Enterprise-level architecture and implementations- Mastery of scope dependencies- Strong verbal and written business communication skills- Minimum 8 years of hands-on Salesforce architecture, configuration, and development experienceCapabilities and Job Functions:- Meet with business stakeholders and technical team members to discuss and elicit requirements.
