Key Responsibilities
Facilitate a variety of design-thinking activities and collaborative sessions to understand the infrastructure requirements needed to host the BMC Helix ITSM Solution.
Plan and execute research to understand expectations, behaviors and needs to inform design decisions.
Develop user personas, journey maps, service design blueprints, information architecture diagrams and other design artefacts as suits the needs of the migration project or migration team.
Collaborate with and advise the product and infrastructure teams on architectural design.

Experience and skills on upgrading applications to Cloud or SaaS environments are especially desired.
Experience implementing the solutions at a government or other large organizations.
