Manage a software engineering team to design, implement, and maintain software for Sciex products, providing strong technical leadership and direction, supervising architectures, and developing technical roadmaps.
Attract, recruit and retain top-notch talent and facilitate talent development through performance management and coaching.
Staff and execute multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, with high quality, and that they meet customer needs.
Create and support an innovative engineering culture focused on quality, technical collaboration, efficiency, ownership and accountability.
