CNN is seeking a Software Engineer II to join our Wholesale team. This role focuses on building high‑quality digital products that deliver both business value and exceptional user experiences for CNN’s direct‑to‑consumer subscription offerings and premium news features.
Responsibilities
Contribute to software development, learn through peers, ask questions, and grow as an engineer.
Full stack development with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and responsive design.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Planning, Retrospectives, Demos).
Conduct unit testing with frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, and Mocha.
Essential Qualifications
2–4 years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in JavaScript.
Excited to learn and ready to take on new challenges.
Excellent communication skills with team members and peers.
Passionate about improving the code you touch and interact with.
