About This Role
Hourly Rate: $20.60; Annual Bonus: Store Bonus Plan, 10%.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a high level of customer service in assigned departments (cash, softgoods, hardgoods or grocery)
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations
- Training and communicating policies and procedures to department Associates on a daily basis
- Handling SKU, pricing issues, printing signs, labels, and operating the RF unit
- Completing ordering and replenishment of merchandise
- Supervising a team within the assigned departments while ensuring cross‑functional collaboration
- Ensuring execution of the GT System (policies, procedures, standards) by all Associates
- Taking appropriate action and providing recommendations based on analysis of the assigned area
