About This Role

Position focused on managing the softgoods department, ensuring high customer service standards, operational efficiency, and compliance with Giant Tiger policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service for assigned departments (cash, softgoods, hardgoods, grocery).
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations.
• Train and communicate policies and procedures to department associates.
• Handle SKU, pricing, sign printing, labeling, and RF unit operation.
• Complete ordering and replenishment of merchandise.
• Supervise a team within assigned departments, fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
• Execute GT System policies, procedures, and standards.
• Take appropriate action and provide recommendations based on area analysis.
