Social Worker

The Social Worker of Adeara’s Recovery Support Program is responsible for providing individualized support to women navigating addiction, recovery, and community reintegration. This role offers connection, practical guidance, and recovery‑oriented support to clients transitioning from a structured residential program into independent living.

The Social Worker works closely with the Recovery Support Lead to promote stability, connect clients to addiction‑recovery resources, and support long‑term sustainable recovery. The Social Worker will follow a professional code of conduct and will uphold accreditation standards as well as policies and procedures for the recovery program. The Social Worker will be committed to working in a collaborative environment to provide excellence in care. The Social Worker will work in agreement with the Mission, Vision, and Value Statements, policies, and Philosophy of Care of Adeara.
