Educational Requirements:
+ An individual with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work or a bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
Experience Required:
+ Long term care experience preferred

+ Assist with planning a comprehensive social services program that provides support services for residents, designated representatives and families from a variety of resources.
