Job Description
Enhance your academic experience with a Social Responsibility Co-op at our mining operations. This hands-on opportunity focuses on supporting Indigenous initiatives and safety programs for 8 to 12 months.
This co-op position is ideal for undergraduate students studying Social Sciences, Indigenous Studies, Business Administration, or Commerce. You will be responsible for managing the Impact Management and Advantages Agreement (IMBA) workplan while engaging with Indigenous groups to track social performance metrics. This role fosters professional development within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in health and safety programs
• Manage the IMBA workplan and related activities
• Monitor and evaluate Indigenous agreements
• Support public engagement planning and execution
• Assist with event preparation and reporting
