• Strong written English skills
• Creative and outgoing personality, sincere interest in exploring and finding interesting experiences within qathet to share with qathet Tourism’s followers
• Bright, personable, and approachable attitude
• Pro‑active communication style, as this job requires engaging with visitors to the community and looking for ways to offer information about the region.
• Cash handling experience is an asset
• Position requires the use of the staff’s own device for accessing social media accounts
• Preference will be given to applicants with a driver’s license and vehicle to attend events and outdoor locations spanning the majority of the qathet region, from Saltery Bay to Lund. Mileage is paid by the employer.
