Equipment Operation

• Safely operate snow removal equipment such as:
• Skid steers
• Loaders
• Pickup trucks with plows
• Salters/spreaders
• Sidewalk machines (if applicable)
• Clear snow from parking lots, driveways, walkways, and roadways.
• Apply salt, sand, or other de-icing materials as required.

Site Management

• Follow site maps and instructions accurately.
• Monitor weather conditions and respond quickly to service calls.
• Identify hazards such as ice buildup, drifting snow, or required re-plows.
• Ensure properties are safe and meet company quality standards.

Safety & Maintenance

• Inspect and maintain assigned equipment before and after operation.
• Report equipment failures, damages, or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Use proper PPE and follow all company safety protocols.
