This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related experience. You'll provide technical guidance, ensure productivity, and maintain safety standards on site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise carpenters and laborers effectively
• Arrange and conduct training sessions
• Set up equipment to meet work schedules
• Coordinate with subcontractors and requisition materials
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Valid driver's license and private vehicle
• Proficient in MS Office suite and CAD
