ABOUT THE ROLE
Amrize Construction is seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our Road Construction Team in the Greater Vancouver Area. As a Road Construction Team Member, you'll be at the forefront of constructing vital transportation arteries, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Assist the milling and paving crews with the daily operations and project requirements.
- Assist with a variety of job operations
- Ensure the safety of company personnel, the community, and environment
- Responsible for completing daily equipment checklist
- Monitoring and ensuring accurate weights and monitor material production within specifications
- Create an atmosphere of teamwork
- Seek out and implement Best Practices
- All spills must be first contained and the proper authorities notified immediately thereafter (follow written procedure)
