Job Description
Lead commercial tenant improvement projects as a Site Superintendent with a notable General Contractor in British Columbia. Manage projects from $1M to $5M in an engaging construction environment.
This hands-on position is perfect for an organized Superintendent with 5-10+ years of experience in commercial construction. You will be responsible for overseeing site operations while coordinating various trades and subcontractors. Strong skills in Procore and SiteDocs will aid in project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project site operations from start to finish
• Direct subcontractor and trade partner activities
• Sustain project schedules, quality, and safety standards
