Site Safety and Health Officer
Job Description
**Job Overview:**
The Site Safety & Health Officer is responsible for developing, implementing and/or administering safety, health, and environmental protection prevention programs affecting employee and public safety, occupational health, fire protection and prevention, and equipment and property protection. Ensures compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations including OSHA and USACE EM 385-1-1.
**Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:**
+ This is a safety critical position requiring independent professional judgment. This position includes technical responsibility for a major phase or component of complex demolition or decommissioning projects.
+ Serves as a resource for line management to execute and administer a proactive prevention program for accidents, injuries and illnesses.
