Job Description
Join SITE Resource Group as a Survey Assistant, facilitating geomatics operations in the Fort McMurray/Wood Buffalo area. This camp-based position emphasizes teamwork and effective surveying techniques.
SITE Resource Group is currently looking for two Survey Assistants to support its surveying efforts within the oil sands and construction sectors. As a key team member, you will help with layout, data collection, and safety compliance under the Crew Chief’s supervision. Your role will include equipment management and active participation in workplace safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrive on time for all assigned shifts
• Assist in data collection and daily survey operations
• Organize survey equipment and materials
• Participate in safety meetings and hazard assessments
• Represent the company with professionalism in interactions
