Lead planning efforts at Gold Fields' Windfall Project in northern Québec as a Site Project Planner. This role focuses on optimizing schedules and ensures efficient project execution in a collaborative setting.
You will be instrumental in developing the Master Level 3 control schedule and validating contractor schedules. This role demands expertise in critical-path analysis and progress measurement to align project activities with business objectives. Contribute to one of the most ambitious mining projects while fostering teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update the control schedule to align with project timelines
• Validate detailed contractor schedules and ensure accuracy
• Generate the 3-week look-ahead schedules weekly
• Review progress and prepare recovery plans for delays
• Conduct variance analysis and produce updated forecasts
Requirements:
• Degree in project management, engineering, or similar
• 6 to 10 years in industrial planning and scheduling...
