Drive technological growth with the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT) as a Technology Support Specialist. Engage in hands-on training and support to enhance user compliance and competence.
In this role, you will be integral to the internal operations and external partners of SITAG. You will lead the design and delivery of technical training programs aimed at improving digital skills. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, conducting training sessions, and implementing new technology solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design training programs tailored to user needs
• Provide technical setup for meetings and workshops
• Offer professional help desk support for technology issues
• Maintain and create valuable training documentation
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships through collaboration
Requirements:
• Certificate in computer science or related fields
• Minimum two years in technology support and training
