Siding Laborer

The Role: NorthCo is hiring a Siding Laborer to join our growing team! This is a full-time, hands‑on role for someone who shows up ready to work, takes direction well, and takes pride in keeping a tight, clean jobsite. If you've got a background in construction or exterior work, you'll fit right in.

We're looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and coachable — someone who wants to be part of a crew that does things the right way. You'll be working alongside experienced tradespeople who hold each other accountable and take the finished product seriously.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist the Crew Chief and team with daily siding operations
• Prepare and maintain clean, organized worksites throughout each project
• Handle material pick‑ups and deliveries between sites and suppliers
• Perform material cuts and retrieve tools and equipment as needed
