Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a managerial position
- Academic qualification in Management is a plus
- Previous experience in a Live Casino is a plus
- Very good Office 365 and PC skills
- Advanced level of English (spoken & written)
- Very good communicational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Conflict management abilities
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Availability to work 24/7 shifts
Responsibilities
- Maintaining supervision on Supervisors and Shufflers
- Following and supervising updates and amendments concerning the shuffling procedures
- Providing the highest standards of professionalism and politeness towards the live casino audience
