Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience in a managerial position
• Academic qualification in Management is a plus
• Previous experience in a Live Casino is a plus
• Very good Office 365 and PC skills
• Advanced level of English (spoken & written)
• Very good communicational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Conflict management abilities
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• Availability to work 24/7 shifts

• Maintaining supervision on Supervisors and Shufflers
• Following and supervising updates and amendments concerning the shuffling procedures
• Providing the highest standards of professionalism and politeness towards the live casino audience
