Shredder Cleaner

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Shredder Cleaner to join our team for the afternoon shift, Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm. As a Shredder Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our shredding equipment. Your role will involve removing debris and ensuring optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain shredding equipment, including conveyor systems, screens, magnets, and other components, to ensure optimal performance and prevent contamination.
• Remove unwanted materials, such as non-metallic objects, dirt, and other contaminants, from the shredder and its surrounding areas to prevent damage and maintain efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe work environment.
