We are looking for a Shop Technician - Apprentice to join our Service team in Acheson, AB.

Salary: $40.17 hourly

Responsibilities

• Emphasis on the development and implementation of a customer‑focused service philosophy within the department and branch.
• Overall customer satisfaction through the timely completion of service work.
• Responsible for all aspects of assigned service work orders, including drafting work orders and any follow‑up required.
• Proactive troubleshooting to accurately identify machine faults.
• Timely and accurate diagnosis and repair, including computer connection/diagnosis to identify fault codes.
• Effective communication with vendor (Volvo) regarding Tech Line and direct calls to facilitate accurate diagnosis.
