THE ROLE Steve's Livestock Transport is seeking an experienced leader to join team our Red Deer, Alberta. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our team of technicians in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Lead the technicians by setting clear expectations, providing direction and guidance, and ensuring that all team members are trained to complete maintenance and repair tasks to a high standard.
Communicate effectively with our customers, ensuring that all work is completed to their satisfaction and that they are kept up to date on progress.
