North Western Property Maintenance is seeking a highly organized and reliable Shop Coordinator to take ownership of our shop, yard, and inventory systems. This role is ideal for someone who values structure, efficiency, and maintaining a clean, well‑run workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized shop and yard using Lean principles
- Manage inventory, including synthetic grass shipments and stock levels
- Prepare materials and load/unload trucks
- Support crews with tools and deliveries as needed
- Oversee basic fleet and equipment maintenance tracking
