Agence de Placement Trésor Inc. is recruiting on behalf of one of its manufacturing clients on Montreal’s South Shore for a Shipping Team Lead / Forklift Operator  position. 
Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC 
Permanent – Full-Time 
Base Salary: $24.31/hour 
‍ Team Lead Premium: $1.00/hour 
Evening Premium: $1.50/hour 
Night Premium: $2.00/hour  
 Position Overview As a Team Lead, you will serve as the main point of contact on the warehouse floor while actively participating in shipping and material handling operations. 
This role is ideal for an experienced forklift operator looking to take the next step into a leadership position. 
 Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily shipping activities 
Assign tasks and priorities to forklift operators and warehouse staff 
Participate in loading, unloading and material handling operations
