What You Will Do As a Shipping Coordinator

• Determine best method of shipment and prepare shipping documents.
• Source new shipping companies, negotiate pricing and delivery times.
• Continuous improvement of packing methods to ensure product arrives to destination without damage.
• Coordinate with the Production and Shipping Team to schedule daily deliveries and customer pick‑ups.
• Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods.
• Resolve carrier issues and respond quickly to customer delivery expectations.
