Gateway Mechanical is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Apprentice (2nd/3rd year) to join our team in Calgary. The successful candidate will assist with the installation and fabrication of ductwork, hangers, and HVAC equipment and systems, while working closely with other trades on various job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and fabricate ductwork, hangers, and related HVAC components
• Assemble and install fire dampers
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
• Prepare materials and consumables lists for project leads
• Assist in determining roof layouts and planning installations
• Coordinate effectively with other trades on-site to ensure seamless project execution
