Job Purpose

The Setup Operator ensures all production lines are running efficiently.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Setup production lines in preparation of new products/work orders
• Manage flow of production by setting the pace and speed of filling
• Control operation of hand-tools, automated machines and mixing equipment to ensure production is met
• Troubleshoot all production and filling equipment in the plant
• Wash out holding tanks
• Transfer finished products away from line to shipping or wrapper
• Ensure packaging material is at the production lines
• Comply with all the Standard Operating Procedures and Health & Safety Policies of the company
