ServiceNow Solution Architect

Position Description

We are currently hiring for a ServiceNow Solution Architect for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Developing complex ServiceNow enhancements, new modules, and catalog solutions.
• Advanced troubleshooting for ServiceNow security issues, break/fix scenarios, and architectural solutioning.
• ServiceNow upgrade management, including pre-upgrade analysis, instance cloning, contingency planning, and production deployment.
• Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to customer administrators and business solution owners.
• Conduct Quality Assurance testing to validate all development work against documented user stories before release for UAT.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical expertise in ServiceNow modules.
• Strong verbal and written communicator with background in consulting.
