This is a hands-on specialist role for someone who wants to own a critical platform and materially improve how technology operates. We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Engineer to take ownership of our ITOM and CMDB capability and lift it from developing to reliable, trusted and actively used.
You’ll be trusted to work in the detail, designing, configuring, troubleshooting and improving ITOM across complex, cloud‑heavy environments. Your work will directly influence data quality, operational visibility and technology resilience across the organisation.
