We are looking for a ServiceNow CMDB & ITOM Lead Architect with 6 to 8 years of experience to design and operationalize CMDB and ITOM capabilities. You will be responsible for defining strategies, leading implementations, and ensuring the governance of a sustainable CMDB environment. Your hands-on expertise in CMDB and ITOM will play a critical role in the organization’s ServiceNow platform enhancement.
