Servicenow Asset Management Analyst (Bogotá)

Job Description

• Normalize and standardize legacy and ongoing asset data.
• Lead development work within ServiceNow catalog and asset management workflows, including configuration, enhancement, and optimization of catalog items, approval flows, and governance controls to improve data integrity and operational efficiency.
• This role will operate primarily within ServiceNow, leveraging the platform's CMDB and asset modules to manage and govern IT asset data at scale.
• Manage SKU Catalog Accuracy and Mapping.
• Create and maintain a master list of approved SKUs for both hardware and software products.
• Ensure SKUs are correctly mapped to asset models, vendors, and procurement line items to support accurate ordering, financial reconciliation, and reporting.
