ServiceNow Administrator

We are seeking a ServiceNow Production Support Analyst to join a growing enterprise technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, ensuring system stability, resolving production issues, supporting integrations, and driving continuous improvements across the platform.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong ServiceNow administration and support experience who enjoy troubleshooting complex issues, working with business stakeholders, and maintaining critical enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for the ServiceNow platform.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and platform issues.
• Monitor platform performance, scheduled jobs, integrations, and system health.
